Because the metal oklad is individually handmade, slight variations of several millimeters are possible. We recommend allowing for this natural handmade tolerance when planning the painted areas of your icon.

Includes the complete handmade metal oklad / riza shown in the photographs.

The oklad is created from copper using the galvanoplastic technique and features deep traditional ornamental relief.

The surface has an elegant antique silver-tone finish, emphasizing the relief and giving the piece the character of traditional historic icon metalwork.

Decorative red stone accents add additional depth and visual character.

The metal surface is protected with a clear lacquer coating.

Important: the base material is copper. This item is not made from solid silver.

This option is ideal for iconographers who already have their own icon board or prefer to prepare a custom panel themselves.

OPTION 2 – OKLAD + ICON BOARD SET
This option includes the handmade oklad together with a matching professionally prepared icon board.
