Craft UA was founded to support professional iconographers with high-quality, reliable materials for sacred art.
We began with handcrafted icon boards made from carefully selected wood, prepared according to traditional techniques. Over time, listening to the needs of iconographers, we expanded our work to include metal halos and oklads designed specifically for Orthodox iconography.
Our workshop combines traditional craftsmanship with precision production. Each board and metal element is created with attention to proportion, detail, and durability — so that the artist can focus entirely on the spiritual and artistic process.
We understand that iconography is not simply art — it is sacred work.
That is why our goal is to provide materials that respect tradition and support excellence.
Today, Craft UA serves iconographers across the United States and Europe, offering both individual pieces and complete board-and-halo solutions.
If you are working on a special commission or require a custom size, we are always open to collaboration.
