Each board is individually handmade in our family workshop in Pochaiv, Ukraine, near one of the most revered Orthodox holy sites in the world — the Pochaiv Lavra.

This icon board is made using traditional materials and techniques:

• Multiple layers of handmade levkas gesso
• Carefully hand-sanded surface
• Traditional kovcheg (recessed center)
• Optional protective impregnation on sides and back
