The Icon
The image is hand-painted using traditional oil painting techniques on a professional icon board prepared specifically for sacred iconography.

• traditional linen pavoloka

• authentic natural levkas made from chalk and animal glue

The reverse side and edges are protected with a special finish to help preserve the wood for many years.

A strong hanging fixture is included, allowing the icon to be displayed immediately.

Handmade Oklad & Halo
The icon is adorned with a magnificent handcrafted metal oklad and halo.

They are made from copper using the traditional galvanoplastic technique and finished with:

• silver plating

• antique patina finish
